DESCRIPTION
Renovation work on the Malaga building (phase 1-A) where a procedure was established to lawfully modernise the Seminary and the Casa de Espiritualidad (House of Spirituality).
KEY ACTIONS
The various procedures undertaken in this project were:a) Demolition of swimming pool and adjacent areas and subsequent construction of new kitchens and an underground car park in the northwestern zone.
b) Renovation and remodelling of the Malaga bedroom, dining rooms and reception.
c) Construction of facilities area.
d) Slope retention.
e) Urban infrastructure.
