DESCRIPTION

Restoration of the façades of a building in the Cerrado de Calderón district.
Renovation of plaster on the building’s façades, terraces and communal areas. Repair of damaged slab faces and masonry elements. Replacement of copings and sills on the window frames and openings.

Repair of the retaining wall. Removal of single-layer mortar from the façades. Waterproofing of terraces. Repair of new façade with fine mortar and paint. Flooring. Paving with concrete applied with rotary trowel. Paintwork.
